Process

Audit first, then a plan you sign off on.

The order matters more than the speed. Building campaigns or rewriting pages before the audit produces work nobody can evaluate.

01

Audit

One to two weeks. We review the ad accounts, the storefront and the Klaviyo flows, and write up what we found. You get the document whether or not you continue with us.

02

Strategy

A plan that defines the offer, the audience and which channel gets budget first, with the specific metric each part is expected to move. Nothing launches until you approve it.

03

Launch

Campaigns, page changes and flows go live in priority order, starting with whatever is losing the most money today.

04

Optimize

Weekly reporting against the agreed metrics, with a written reason for every scale, pause or change made to the account.

Your side

What we need from you

Account access

Access to the ad accounts, the store admin and Klaviyo. Read only access is enough for the audit.

One decision maker

Someone who can approve the plan. Engagements stall when every decision needs three people in the same room.

Budget to test with

Testing costs money before it makes money. A budget too small to produce a real signal produces expensive noise instead.

The audit is a real deliverable on its own.

You get the findings in writing, including what is already working, whether or not the engagement continues.
